The Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados is unquestionably one of the finest distilleries on earth. Richard "R.L." Seale is the owner, distiller and blender. The distillery is located on a former sugar plantation that dates back to 1720 and the Seale's have been distilling rum in Barbados for 4 generations.

This is a special release that is a mixture of molasses rums distilled on their double retort pot still and a continuous twin column still as well. It was aged for 5 years in ex-Bourbon casks and then a further 9 years in rare French black Muscat wine casks. Non-chill filtered, no additives, and bottled at cask strength.
