Pal'alma Salmiana San Luis Potosi

Made by the late Maestro Patricio Hernández in the Peñasco region in the state of San Luis Potosí. Fermented in pine vats with 30% fresh pulque. The pulque gives a racy, lactic edge to the green and black pepper notes of the Salmiana agave. Stunning stuff.
