Suncliffe Arizona Gin

"The Spirit of Sedona". This Gin is meant to evoke the landscape and flora of the Arizona high desert. Neutral corn spirit is infused with 3 types of Arizona native Juniper (one-seed, shaggy, and alligator) with wild foraged indigenous botanicals including ponderosa pine bark, manzanita and western elderflower. Explosive and complex aromas of juniper leap from the glass. On the palate it is savory, earthy and bright. We like it in a dry martini or mixed with soda and tonic to allow it's distinctive flavors to shine.
