From a Japanese producer of Sake and spirits that was founded in 1917 comes this unique and alluring gin. Made from a blend of 3 classic European Gin botanicals (Angelica/Coriander/Juniper) and 5 uniquely Japanese ones (Sencha/Yuzu/Shiso/Ume/Sansho) that are vapor distilled and then teaspooned with an unfiltered Junmai Sake to take some of the heat off of the Sansho peppers. Silken mouthfeel with notes of citrus, floral and pepper flavors.
