Hayman's Old Tom Gin

Old Tom was the most popular style of Gin in 18th Century England. It is slightly sweeter than the more common London Dry and is perhaps best known for it's use in the Tom Collins and Martinez cocktails. Hayman's has been distilling Gin in London since the 19th century and are now a certified B Corp meaning they meet the highest standards for social and environmental performance. 

Hayman's is still our favorite Old Tom for it's bold flavor, bright juniper, and sweet citrus edge.
