Saigon Baigur Dry Gin

Saigon Baigur is produced in Ho Chi Minh City utilizing 4 traditional Gin botanicals and 12 local ones. Fresh Buddha's Hand citrus and vapor infused Lotus flower are the 2 truly distinctive ones here, along with saigon cinnamon, phu quoc peppercorn, dragon fruit, lemongrass, lime peel and others. It is batch distilled in copper pots with both direct maceration and vapor infusion depending on the botanical. The bottle is has scales that are meant to evoke dragon's skin, an important mythological creature in Vietnam, and is shaped like a dragon's egg. 

It is bright, fresh, and spice forward with a citrus sweetness and a dry finish. It is lovely in a G&T and they recommend garnishing it with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh thyme.
