"Ginepraio" is the Italian word for a Juniper thicket as well as a colloquial Tuscan expression that describes a sticky or thorny situation. Hailing from Tuscany, the home of the finest Juniper berries in the world, this London Dry style gin utilizes 3 kinds of wild foraged Tuscan juniper, coriander, angelica root, sweet orange peel, helichrysum Italicum, lemon peel and dog rose petals. The botanicals are macerated in organic wheat spirit overnight prior to distillation in a copper pot still. Bone dry and powerfully Juniper forward, this is an Italian twist on a classic London Dry Gin that works fantastically in a Martini, a G&T, or a Negroni.
