Gin Mare

Spanish Gin that takes its name from the Latin name for the Mediterranean Sea, "Mare Nostrum" (pronounced "Mar-Ay"), and contains botanicals sourced from Greece, Italy, Spain, and France. Arbequina olives, rosemary, thyme, lemon, basil and of course juniper are the main botanicals included within. Each of the botanicals are infused in spirit and distilled separately before being blended to make the final product. 

An herbal gin with rosemary and thyme being the most prominent flavors and aromas in addition to a touch of salinity. Soft and textural on the palate, it makes a wonderful Martini and also works very well with tonic water.
