A stunning and unusual modern Gin made by a female distiller in Mexico City and named after a leafy neighborhood in that magical city. Utilizing both indigenous Mexican botanicals and classic Gin ones, it is surprisingly versatile despite it's somewhat outro flavor profile. We love it lightly sweetened in long drinks like a Collins, as well as in a Gin-heavy Negroni.

Infused with palo santo, sage, jasmine, juniper berries, coriander seeds, elderflower, lavender, rosemary, cedron, myrrh, lime peel and orange peel.

Clasica elevates classic cocktails and those with fresh profiles through its herbal, floral and citrusy flavor. 

A warming, meditative and bitter taste is left on the palate by Mexican resins palo santo and myrrh.
