Barrika Basque Country Cider

6% ABV

Tart, funky and dry apple cider from the Basque region of Spain. No sulfites or added sugar so the cider is still. Pairs well with cheeses and fish. To serve the cider as they do in the Basque Country, use a flat bottom rocks glass. Pour about 1/3 of the cider slowly from a long distance away into the glass to aerate the cider and give it the sensation of prickliness on the palate.
