Elmer T Lee was the longtime master distiller at Buffalo Trace who launched Blanton's, the first Single Barrel Bourbon. The distillery honored him by creating a namesake brand of single barrel Bourbon which he selected the barrels for into the late 90's. It is one of the most sought after bottles from Buffalo Trace due to its scarcity.
