Sainte Louise Pale & Old Brandy

Super affordable cocktail Brandy blended in Cognac and made from grapes grown just outside of the AOC area for Cognac. A mixture of 3 to 10 year old brandies that were all pot distilled in Charentais copper pot stills (the type of still used for most Cognac and Armagnac distillation). It’s listed as 3 years old because with age statements you have to use the age of the youngest spirit in the blend. Slightly overproof at 43% ABV so it's perfect for cocktailing.
