Blume Marillen Apricot Eau-de-Vie

40% ABV

Blume Marillen is made by the Purkhart family who have been distilling Eau-de-Vie and liqueurs in Steyr, Austria since 1932. The Apricots used in this brandy come from the Danube Valley and it takes 9 pounds of fruit to make just one 750mL bottle. Floral bouquet, no added sugar or flavors. It lends spice, earth and licorice notes to sours and slings.
