Bar Agricole was a restaurant and bar in San Francisco founded by bartender, author, and entrepreneur Thad Vogler. A pioneering figure in the spirits business, he is a tireless champion of traditional production methods and heritage spirits. He started a spirits brand with the same name in collaboration with distiller Gena Nonini from Marian Farms in central California several years ago. Gena is a third generation farmer who initially purchased a still to make essential oils. She produces spirits from Demeter certified biodynamic grapes, including this stunning California Brandy.

Assembled from a blend of 15, 10, and 12 year old casks, it would be considered an XO were it from France. It is bottled without any additives or chill filtration. A mature and delightful fresh and delicate spirit, it is beautiful when enjoyed neat, or as a luxury cocktail ingredient.
