Distilleria Varnelli has produced Amari since the mid-19th century in the Marche in Italy. It's made from herbs, roots and barks which are decocted over a wood fire, as well as honey from the Sibillini Mountains that give it its name. Unfiltered and bottled at 21%, it's light in body, cloudy, bitter and dry with a bit of smoke and a honeyed finish. An extremely natural and handmade product for bitter lovers.
