Pineapple Amaro?!? And it's from Minnesota?!? Weird. And wonderful! Warm baking spices, juicy tropical fruit notes, and a soft, lingering gentian bitterness. Absurdly mixable. We've used it with Rum, Agave spirits, and Whiskey and had great results with all 3. Also a great digestivo for those looking for a lower bitterness profile but not something just blandly sweet.
