Fernet Francisco is made in mighty Richmond, California by Farid Dormishian at Falcon Spirits. This Manzanilla edition adds German Chamomile tea to proof down the grape spirit-based, 12 botanical infusion. It adds a floral note and a splash of mint to the bitter backbone. With only 3 grams of residual sugar, it is in fact the driest Fernet available in the market.
