Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro

20% ABV

Produced at the Cappelletti Distillery near the town of Trento in northern Italy. "Sfumato" means smoke and "Rabarbaro" refers to the local rhubarb which forms the base of this delightful amaro. Smoky, woodsy and bitter with some juicy fruit notes. Mixes extraordinarily well with aged spirits like Bourbon or Scotch and is an earthy digestivo on its own.
