Rabarbaro refers to a category of Italian Amari in which rhubarb root is the main bittering agent. This Italian classic strikes a lovely balance between bitterness and sweetness. Citrus, cardomom and cola notes predominate. Excellent mouthfeel and viscosity with a light smokiness and some burnt caramel flavors.
