Wild Common Blanco

42% ABV

Produced at the fabulous Cascahuin Distillery in the town of El Arenal in the Lowland Valley's of Jalisco. The fully mature agaves are roasted in brick ovens and crushed with both a stone tahona and a roller mill. A portion of the agaves are fermented in cement tanks with the agave fibers with the remainder fermented in stainless steel tanks without the fibers. The Mosto is double distilled in stainless steel pots with copper coils and bottled without any additives.

Mineral and floral with roasty agave notes, anise, mint and fruit. Complex and incredibly drinkable.
