Distilleria Varnelli has produced Amari since the mid-19th century in the Marche in Italy. It's made from herbs, roots and barks as well as honey from the Sibillini Mountains that give it its name. Unfiltered and bottled at 21%, it's light in body, cloudy, bitter and dry with a bit of smoke and a honeyed finish. An extremely natural and handmade product for bitter lovers.
