Pale light pink with fine, delicate bubbles. Beautifully textured and mouth-coating, with notes of passion fruit, kiwi, lime zest, candied walnuts, and a hint of salinity. Drinks like a true sparkling wine—fruit-forward like a Prosecco but with the depth and complexity of Champagne.
