Spinnaker is an independent bottler of Rum based in Austin, Texas. This is a single cask from Hampden Estate made from their LFCH marque. This marque is one of their lower ester expression with just 80-120 g/hlAA of ethyl acetate. It was aged tropically at the Estate for 7+ years, a further year at a rum broker in the UK, and then finally for a few months in a Still Austin Bourbon cask at Spinnaker in Texas.
