Scrappy's is a bitters company in Seattle founded by bartender Miles Thomas in 2008. They make a range of cocktail bitters of exceptional quality. This is the only non-bitters product that they make. Organic Habanero peppers are infused into neutral cane spirit, creating an extremely spicy, lightly floral tincture. Add a pop of spice to any cocktail but be careful! They are extremely spicy and and care should be taken around your skin and eyes.
