Saint James VO Old Agricole Rum

Saint James is the oldest Rhum estate in Martinique that dates back to 1765. They grow 4 different cane varietals for their Rhum Agricole. This is a 3 year old expression that was aged in ex-bourbon barrels. Strong barrel influence with aromas of vanilla and toast framing the cane juice funk. On the palate, it's fruity with notes of plums and dried fruits and a bit more vanilla. An excellent price point for mixing into a Mai Tai or Agricole Rhum Punch.
