Hacienda Santa Ana is on a parcel of land in Bayamon Puerto Rico that was bestowed to the Fernandez family by the Spanish crown in the 18th century. It would eventually a Rum distillery in 1880 and is best known for their flagship brand, Ron del Barrilito. 

Molasses based column distillates are tropically aged for 2 years in American white oak barrels and bottled at cask strength with no additives or sugars. A bit hot as the number might tell you, with lovely butterscotch, overripe banana, and burnt caramel notes. A fantastic rum at an amazing price for the proof and quality.
