A 3 year aged Rhum meant to evoke the volcanic terroir of their cane fields and distillery at the foot of Mount Pelée on the island of Martinique. Matured in American oak barrels with 2 different, heavy char levels. Notes of vanilla and burnt honey with a smoky note on the finish. One of the roundest, softest, more approachable Agricole Rhums around. A fantastic sipping Rhum.
