The L'Atelier des Rhums line from Rhum J.M. are designed for use in cocktails with each bottling meant to express a particular flavor profile. They achieve this through the use of different char levels and barrel type in the aging process. Epices Créoles is meant to express a warming spiced character. Notes of vanilla bean, honey, gingerbread, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, chili, and nutmeg.
