Distilled at Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort Kentucky with a mash bill of 75% Corn, 15% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley. This is their Flagship Bourbon release and as always, it's a delight!

Aged more than 4 years, the 2026 vintage of Pinhook Bourbon showcases a vibrant nose of red apple skin, leather, butterscotch, and cinnamon, and leads to a lively palate of baked apple, candied almond, rosewater, and white pepper.

About Pinhook:
Pinhook is an independent bottler of American Whiskey based in Louisville, Kentucky. It was started by a Sommelier/bar owner from NYC in partnership with a "Pinhooker" from Kentucky. Pinhooking is the practice of purchasing young horses based on lineage, training them, and reselling them at a much higher price. This is how they saw their whiskey project as they would purchase barrels of new make spirit, and then age/blend/bottle them themselves.
