Blend of grain and malt whiskies aged in ex-bourbon casks and a small amount of sherry cask aged single malt. The malt whiskies are from the Pearse Lyon's distillery, located in an old church in Dublin. Citrus, cocoa, pears, dried fruit. Serve it over a big ice cube.
