Daiquiri Cesàr .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (we'd prefer .5 or .75 oz of simple or cane syrup these days, but in the interest of historical accuracy, here you are) 2 oz Pampero Aniversario Reserva Exclusiva Shake vigorously with ice until frosty. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with an expressed orange peel.
