4-6 year old Venezuelan Rum aged in ex-Bourbon casks. Elegant and sweet with notes of vanilla and brown sugar. At Bar Cesàr in Berkeley in the early 2000's, we blew people's minds nightly making Daiquiris with this absolute beauty.

Daiquiri Cesàr
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (we'd prefer .5 or .75 oz of simple or cane syrup these days, but in the interest of historical accuracy, here you are)
2 oz Pampero Aniversario Reserva Exclusiva
Shake vigorously with ice until frosty. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with an expressed orange peel.
