The Paesani family have produced their award winning amari and liqueurs at their fabbrica in the hamlet of Collevecchio in the Marche region since 1961. Their flagship Amaro has a complex medium bitterness and is lightly sweetened with caramelized sugar. It strikes the difficult balance between approachability, complexity, bitterness and sweetness.
