Single Barrel, Cask Strength, Straight Rye Whiskey that was distilled at the Anchor Steam Brewery in Potrero Hill, San Francisco by Hotaling & Co. Made from a mashbill of 100% Malted Rye and distilled in small copper alembic stills. It was aged in fine grained, new American oak barrels whose staves were air dried for 24 months. Non-chill filtered. 

Rich and malty with baking spice and barrel char flavors. Peppery rye spice on the long and warming finish.
