Nashville Barrel Company are independent bottlers of American whiskey and rum. This is a small batch release of Kentucky Bourbon from an undisclosed distillery bottled at cask strength. It is toasty with a pastry like sweetness that is reminiscent of glazed cinnamon buns. It's sneaky strong as it certainly doesn't drink like it's robust 120+ proof.
