25% ABV - Red Bitter Aperitivo - Italy

Produced at the Bordiga Distillery for the legendary Caffe Mulassano in Turin, one of the birthplaces of Aperitivo hour. A bit higher in proof and significantly more bitter than many of the other Campari-like red bitter aperitivi in the market. Loads of bittering gentian and some woody notes. We recommend using slightly less of this than you would other red bitters in your Negroni/Americano/Boulevardier as it's bitterness is aggressive. But the flavor is top notch and works particularly well with overproof spirits.
