Mossburn are independent bottlers of Scotch Whisky and also own the Torabhaig Distillery on the Isle of Skye. This is a 10 year old Single Malt from the Linkwood Distillery in Elgin, Speyside that was distilled in 2007. It was bottled without any added color or chill filtration. 

Producer Notes:
Nose: Hay, anise, melted butter and just a smidgen of smoke.

Palate: Oily barley, fresh pear, maple syrup and spearmint.

Finish: Marmalade, black pepper and layers of honey.

The Mossburn Vintage Casks range are a collection of Single Malt Scotch Whiskies each issuing from a strictly limited and select batch of casks. Each numbered release will only ever yield a finite number of bottles. While this means that we can never replicate the particular character of each of these Single Malts, it also offers an opportunity to sample what we believe to be an exceptional examples of the whisky made by some of Scotland’s most distinguished distilleries.

These Single Malt Scotch Whiskies have all been bottled without any colouring or chill filtration.
