Menthe Verte de la Vallée l'sére Spearmint Liqueur

A spearmint distillate and infusion from the French Alps. Unlike most Creme de Menthe which are made from peppermint, this is made from the more common spearmint that is used in minty cocktails like Mojito's and Juleps. A bit drier than most Creme de Menthe and not quite as viscous, this is a balanced and fresh tasting liqueur that will work in all manner of cocktail applications. Use it in Juleps or Mojitos to amplify or replace the fresh mint. Lovely in lemonade or iced tea, and they recommend mixing it with melon or cucumber. A fun and easily mixable liqueur to add to your liquor cabinet.
