We don't usually have much use for 80 proof Gin. They tend to disappear under dilution when mixed in cocktails. This is the rare exception. The vibrant flavors of the 9 botanicals used, including Japanese ingredients like Cherry Blossom, Nashi Pear, Gyokuro green tea, Yuzu peel, and Sansho Pepper sing even when chilled and diluted. Subtle but fragrant and mouth filling Gin.
