M. & C. Lapiere "Raisins Gaulois" Vin de France Rouge 2025

100% Gamay from vineyards just outside of the Morgon appellation in Beaujolais. This is a light, fresh and vibrant red that is perfect in the warmer months due to it's lean body and chillability (is that a word?!). From young vine parcels that are farmed organically, the grapes are aged for just 2 months in tank prior to bottling. Crunchy red fruits like cranberry and raspberry with a mineral and gravelly edge. Toss this one in the fridge for 20 minutes prior to serving it at your next BBQ, backyard hang, or aperitivo hour.
