Mal Bien Tobaxiche - Victor + Emanuel Ramos

Tobaxiche (Agave Karwinskii) from the town of Mengoli de Morelos in Miahuatlan, Oaxaca. The agaves are pit roasted and crushed with a stone tahona prior to fermentation with well water in cypress tanks. It's double distilled in copper alembics and adjusted with heads and tails, no water added.
