Delicious sipper in a stunning bottle! Made in the traditional method in Los Altos, Jalisco. The agaves were brick oven roasted and tahona crushed, fermented in open top "pipones" or large wood tanks with spring water and ambient yeasts. Double distilled in copper pots. 

This is a Plata or Blanco for sipping. Intense minerality, a touch of anis, excellent viscosity and a buttery roasted agave note. This makes a fabulous gift due to its eye-catching package but the liquid is top notch as well.
