The Frey family have been growing grains on their family farm in Fallon, Nevada for over 165 years. They grow all of the grain for their whiskies and also do all of the malting, milling, mashing, distilling, maturing, and bottling process onsite at their "Whiskey Farm". Their flagship Bourbon is aged for 5 years and made from a 4 grain mashbill of non-GMO corn, winter cereal rye, winter wheat, and two-row barley. It has notes of banana, vanilla and caramel and is extremely drinkable.
