They harvest 2 row barley from their farm, floor malt, mill, mash ferment, and double distill in a custom copper pot/column hybrid still.

This is a special single cask release selected by their US importer, Impex. It was aged in virgin oak casks for just over 5 years and bottled at cask strength. Fruity and spicy with notes of citrus, banana bread, and creme brulee.
