Aged for a minimum of 6 years in French oak casks and then finished for 5 months in a cask that previously held Rum from the Caroni Distillery in Trinidad. Apple pie and tart apple aromas on entry. The finish is decadent molasses and pastry like sweetness. A rich and slightly sweet sipper.
