This Vermouth di Torino is produced by The Jigger Society, operators of a well regarded craft cocktail bar in Reggio, Emilia-Romagna. This gastronomic paradise is the home of Parmigiano cheese, balsamic vinegar, and Lambrusco wine.

Esule is a Punt e Mes style Vermouth, meaning slightly more bitter and botanical than your average Sweet Vermouth. Made from Lambrusco Salamino wine from the cellars of legendary producer Ermete Medici, it has a supple mouthfeel with warming bittersweet notes.
