Aged for a minimum of 25 years from Eau de Vie all sourced from Grand Champagne, the most prestigious area for Cognac production. It is proofed down with older stocks of cognac instead of water. Light in color due to it's aging in extremely old casks. Fruity apple and cherry notes. Elegance, finesse. Truly stunning Cognac.
