The Fonseca family have been agave farmers in the highlands of Jalisco for 6 generations. They purchased the Tequileña Distillery in Tequila town in 1990 and make numerous brands their now. Cimarron is their affordable premium brand and it's one of the best bottles on the market for mixing with. Clean and bright with sweet agave fruit and some mineral flavors.
