Cane juice Rum from New Orleans! Porchjam Distillery focused on Vodka and grain spirits until 2018 when they decided to try their hand at Rum. The cane they source is grown about 1 hour outside of the City of New Orleans. The cane is harvested and milled before quickly being taken to their distillery to ferment to full dryness. Distilled in a copper pot and column hybrid and rested for a minimum of 3 months. 

Dry and grassy with tropical fruit notes and restrained funk. Agricole style Rum from the Northernmost city in the Caribbean, New Orleans.
