Chateau de Pellehaut Armagnac Reserve

42.5% ABV

Armagnac made in Monteal-du-Gers in the Ténarèze appellation of the Armagnac region of France. Primarily Folle Blanche grapes with some Ugni Blanc as well which are distilled separately on a traveling, wood fired short copper column still. Aged for 9 to 20 years in oak casks prior to blending with multiple vintages in a stainless steel tank that is topped off and drawn from in a Solera system of sorts.
