Tequileria Cascahuin is one of the finest distilleries anywhere on earth. Master Distiller Chava Rosales and his team produce stunning Lowland/Valles Tequila at their facility in El Arenal, Jalisco. 

This is an extremely rare Añejo release made to celebrate their 70th anniversary. 55-25 refers to their founding in 1955 and their anniversary in 2025, and also 55% tradition, 25% innovation. 90% of the mix is 12 month Sherry barrel aged spirit with the remaining 10% their 24 month aged Cascahuin Añejo. It's bottled without additives of any kind at a robust 44% ABV.
